I have a good communication skills both written and oral, pay attention to details and ability to follow specific instructions, time management skills, have an experienced in BPO industry for more than a year as a telemarketer more specifically in outbound account. I have a good etiquette in customer handling skills in a proper and positive way. Able to handle customer complains, can handle work loads with minimal supervision,and hard working. I also have an experienced of data entry, basic Photoshop, Video Making, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. And most of all, I am eager and willing to learn new things. Lastly, I am trustworthy when it comes to deal with the people I was working with.
