Profile Description

I have worked as a Copywriter for more than a year and in the Customer Service industry for four years. As a Copywriter, I am responsible for creating original and persuasive content for the product listing pages, web content, social media posts and articles, newsletters, product packaging and press releases. When I worked in as a CSR, I handled calls from clients all over the US and answered ---------- inquiries and reviewed credit disputes. I have also worked as an Administrative Officer wherein I handled people, made schedules, submitted proposals and reports on a timely basis.
I can also say that I have a good command of English since I have taught English to Korean students for two years. But even if I'm already good at it, I still do some personal study because I believe that learning is a continuous process and English is such a dynamic language that I have to keep myself updated.
I am also creative and I have good organizational skills. I also do a lot of research on topics concerning education, health, arts, music, and food to enhance my knowledge and skills. I am also proficient in most computer applications and programs.
