I've worked in a BPO industry since 2006. I was an agent for two years and I provided customer service over the phone, through chat and email. After two years, I was promoted as a QA and my responsibility was to make sure the agents were able to follow the process and provide customer service. After four years I was promoted as a QA supervisor and I handled a group of QAs. It was my responsibility to develop them and to make sure that they are doing their tasks and that they are working with the other officers to achieve client targets. Then I moved to operations as a team coach. I supervise agents and develop them. I make sure they are aware of their targets, their running scores and what they needed to achieve their goals. I coach the agents and conduct huddles and meetings.
I am good at admin tasks. My MS Excel skill is intermediate, as I can create nested formulas and understand raw data. I am good with people management. I know how to empower and develop people through coaching and training.
