I have been working in Call Center for 6 months already. I believe I can do Email or Live Chat Support/ Customer Service
experience and encoding. I am not an expert in this filed but I believe I can give the best of what I am capable of.
The rest of my experience is Customer Handling Relations since I have been trained in Hotel and Restaurant Industry being a Waitress, Housekeeper and Receptionist. I think it helps being able to meet the expectation of the employer since you need to have patience and the ability to handle guests correctly in a way the guests want.
