Profile Description

My English writing and grammar skills can pass as a native US writer. I was employed before in various BPO companies as a customer service representative and technical support agent. I have above-average computer skills and efficient in utilizing the internet for research purposes and any related work. I have worked for project-based transcribing jobs and have good attention to detail as well as great listening skills.
I was also trained about the basics on being a virtual assistant and cloud computing. I have proficient skills in Microsoft applications like MSWord, MSExcel and MSPowerpoint. I am currently studying Adobe Photoshop CS4 and I have a fair amount of ability to do graphic designs and edit photos. My typing skill is 50 WPM.
I am highly trainable and can work with less supervision. I strongly believe in teamwork as a tool for success as well as having a vibrant personality and positive attitude in my everyday life.
