Oh, hello there! If you're looking for someone who's good in a smorgasbord of skills, I'm your man. Just ask my wife.
I'm your all around guy full of surprises. For starters, my educational background is in BS Psychology where I worked for the Department of Interior and Local Government and specialized in psychological profiling of its officers and inmates. Pretty cool, huh? From there I jumped into the BPO industry to take advantage of the wave of economic boom in the Philippines. I spent a total of six years supporting front-end work for telco, ISP, cable, paid anti-virus support, and finance clients.
In the telco space, I was the whiz kid of data entry and quality assurance, checking information accuracy of all client orders. I have developed a personal system that made me 150% more efficient than the standard. I was also 100?curate.
From here on, I was a technical support associate for ISP and Cable companies in the US and Australia, specializing in wired and wireless internet connections. I'm an expert in problem-solving and diagnosis techniques that's why I have always scored highly in Customer Service Satisfaction surveys -- 90th percentile in any program I work in. I have loved the technical work a lot so I joined a program that focuses on paid anti-virus support. Because it's paid our support is really soup to nuts, all the way to dismantling a computer. Through the phones of course.
I also did some work covering sales (as part of the technical support piece), fraud work for a major bank in the US and some QuickBook knowledge.
Personally, I have dabbled in some business (I'm a mean cook; self-taught) plus my personal hobby of car racing (so I know a bit about cars). I'm also an Uber parter on the side and a full time dog-parent to seven dogs.
I am also an ESL trainer and my area of expertise is English for business communication and leadership to professionals and businesspeople alike.
I'm your next Superstar! Hit me up in
