Profile Description

I am confident of my command of the English language, both written and spoken. Whenever I have the time, I write commentaries on my blog about life, in general. I have tried venturing into fiction, but have never pursued anything that will gain me profit until now. I believe my creativity will get me through writing such pieces.
I have been in the customer service industry for 7 years now, the last 2-3 years as an officer. I know what it takes to exceed the clients' expectations. During my tenure as an officer, I have learned to analyze data. I have also learned to use the data gathered and analyzed to manage people and train/coach.
I also have had training/teaching experience, mostly person-to-person. I have taught English and have done coaching on performance. I have some experience in teaching foreigners the English language.
