I am computer literate person, not only in office application but I can also do some minor trouble shooting, and I have knowledge in some basics specification of the said equipment and gadgets, I can also deal with some other people specially doing conversation I work abroad as a seaman and I talk to much with foreign people ex. Chinese, indian,polish,african,singaporian and those accent is easy for me to understand. This time I am a registered marine engineer.
