Profile Description

I learned a lot from experiences thus I want to explore to experience more.
I was a Technical Support Representative at TeleTech Customer Care Management for Barnes And Noble where I gained substantial experience in handling customer services on the technicalities and processes of using EBook Readers and the purchasing and subscribing of EBooks and E Magazines.
I was also an Internet Cafe Cashier/Crew where I got to learn the basics and more of computer operation and troubleshooting. It is also where I got more knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the Internet.
As a BS Psychology Student, research papers, case studies, thesis and other paper works had been tools that help exercise my skills in writing.
My stint as a Resident Boarding House Manager also put my leadership and interpersonal relationship skills to practice
as I had to deal with almost twenty boarders. I worked on my initiative and with less supervision from the owners in it's day to day concerns.
Finally, my patience and dedication had been put to the test over the years as I work alternately as part time and full time Pet Care Giver. The different and changing behaviors of each pet dog and cat fascinate and challenges me at the same time.
