Profile Description

3 years as a Call Center Agent for Convegys Philippines , I became a "Universal Agent" ( Customer Support , Billing , Sales , Technical Support ) .
Proper documentation is needed for future reference , my typing speed is now 65 wpm , sometimes a call comes in even though your not finished documenting , I developed multi-tasking . In every call I make sure to give all my customers the best customer service that they could get from me. Being patient comes in naturally , let the customer talk , say what they want and what they need. Respect is number 1
I stayed 3 years, consistently being awarded as part of "Top Performing Agents" . I never lost focus and I assured that I am present when my employer needs me.
I have my own internet connection and PC - I spend most of the time searching new knowledge in the internet - online selling - posting adds etc.
I want to learn how to be a blogger and write good articles. That's what I'm working on right now.
