Profile Description

I owned an internet cafe back in the year 2000. With it I was able to expand my knowledge in computers and computer networks. When I was employed in the BPO industry I was able to hone my computer skills related to troubleshooting different applications as well as computer hardware. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as Exchange. In 2006, I've had my training in medical transcription and with it I gained knowledge in handling audio files to be transcribed for documentation as well as proofreading transcribed documents for errors.
With the previous work experiences I've had, I was able to gain skills in customer service handling and to work under time pressure. I am also knowledgeable in using Corel Draw and Photoshop. These applications have helped me in designing my own business logo and advertisements, though not an expert I am still willing to learn new things through research and self-training and eventually grow and be successful with your business.
