I do paper screening, I conduct interviews (from rank and file to managerial posts), administer psychological exams, do background checks, prepare contracts, facilitate orientation programs and team building activities. I also help in organizing company events. I maintain database of more than 500 employees, prepare monthly and annual analysis reports. I also represent the company in negotiating labor issues. I know how to work with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Publisher).
