I have broad experience as a Fraud and Dispute Associate, Customer Service representative and Admin/Hr Assistant.
Can do multi tasking as well as assuring the quality of service, like answering clients call and address their needs, complaints or other issues with products or services also utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
I also have experience with Non voice account.
Providing excellent customer service by dictating/captioning a variety of conversational topics verbatim and maintaining a high level of dictation speed and accuracy.
I also do have background as Admin Recruitment Staff were I do Admin task including recruitment. Storing data and records for document retrieval also timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution. Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
I am a computer skilled on various applications, also knowledge on parts and basic trouble shooting of computers.
