I have spent more than a year working for a Registered Training Organization as a Trainer to Australians taking up Certificate IV in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Frontline Management. I handled coaching and counseling sessions as well as evaluations. I helped in analyzing students' learning behavior and providing recommendations for improvement.
I worked for Kodak for more than a year and was constantly awarded for attaining 100% quality score on silent monitoring. This catapulted me to being an Assistant Team leader taking charge of team meeting schedules, monitoring team attendance, coaching and preparing month-end log in/log out reports and productivity reports.
I have been in the customer service industry for nearly 6 years and this has made me an expert at communicating with different types of people with different cultural backgrounds. I am adept at handling complaints and I have excellent problem solving skills. I've done quite a bit of article writing to promote the activities of a local school and our local church. I know how to work with Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
I have good organization skills. I can work well under pressure and I can certainly adapt to changes. I am goal-oriented and self-motivated. I’m able to work independently with little or no supervision. My ability to multi task and maintain excellent customer service has always been a credit to me. As such, I have no hesitation in recommending myself to any new employer who is keen to have on their team an enthusiastic, intelligent and professional employee.
