I am highly skilled in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc) and other application programs and creating spreadsheet templates in Microsoft Excel. I am also knowledgeable in desktop computer assembly and repair since I worked for a prestigious American multinational information technology corporation. I also worked as a technical support representative for three years handling customer inquiries and resolving issues regarding their internet service and local network. I also work with staffing management and forecaster for a local company for a year and have highly developed my decision making and multitasking skills there.
