as a computer technician for 4 years i encounter any computer problem and to become success know what is the first step, before you troubleshoot the computer. important before you troubleshoot the computer ask the costumer what is the problem encounter in computer and listen, to avoid error. when the costumer success toy your job the customer recommend you to their friends and any people have a problem in computer.
