Profile Description

I have worked for our local radio station as a radio personality for three years from 2008 to 2011. During this time, I also had a part time job for the Phillip Morris International as the assistant to the regional supervisor in the Marketing department. After my 3 month part time job in the said company, I applied in a Business Process Outsourcing company named TELETECH. My job description was a Customer Sales Representative, the company who outsourced us is a Health insurance company( Blue Cross and Blue Shield ) catering Missouri, Kentucky, and Ohio. My job was to give assistance and made sure that the Providers, Hospices, and Hospitals were credited in their patients Insurance plan in Blue Cross and Blue Shield . I basically looked into the accounts of patients who wanted to avail of the services of the Doctors, hospices, and hospital. From time to time, I also get to be an events host.
I am well versed with MS Office applications such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT. I can type an average of 70+ WPM in which could be of use to your company if it is deemed necessary. I am familiar in lay outing, designing, creating and editing images using ADOBE Photoshop. Although I am not an expert like an IT specialist or a Web Programmer, i still know my way around the computer and world wide web respectively. Because of my experiences in my previous jobs, I have held workshops, sports(soccer) summer clinics, and even tutorials for foreign students with ease. I am a fast learner and am willing to experience a new career as a working young woman.
