Prior to my coming over to Italy to be with my husband, I worked at the Bureau of Internal Revenue with the position of Administrative Officer II for 9 years. I was assigned at the Human Resource Management Unit and am used to multi-tasking.
As part of a team with only 5 staff handling around 400 employees, I have been assigned to work on the different aspects of human resource from training, benefits and compensation, to recruitment and promotion.
