I have been in a BPO industry for 4 years and I have experienced different customer service. I was trained as a fraud analyst for a credit card company in US, I also became a travel agent for a local airline company. I also experienced Collections in an Energy Company in Australia. In those experiences, I have gained patience in dealing with irate customers and I also enhanced my adaptive skills. As a fraud analyst, I have to be analytical in all situations, I have to analyze transactions and make sure those transactions were legit, and as well practice proper judgement in blocking and unblocking credit cards. As a fraud analyst, we make calls to verify transactions and we may also receive calls from irate customers regarding blocked cards. We not only receive calls from card holders, we also receive calls from merchants and business owners. As a travel agent also, I have dealt with different types of passengers and done different types of transactions. As such, easiest is booking a flight of a customer. I also do rebooking, cancellations and refund. We also manage customers who wants to book group flights. As part of a travel agent, I handled real cash and manage each cash every day. Made reports and summary of tickets sold. Lastly, as a collections agent, I handled outbound and inbound calls. I also processed credit card payments over the phone, notes on every customer's account, and also made payment arrangements.
Currently, I just resigned from being the Senior Data Analyst. As a Senior Data Analyst, I was tasked to handle Data Entry Team in the company I worked with. I did train 7-8 people to do Data Entry as well. I was managed to take care of the backend of the site. Extracting food information from food products like Name, Ingredients, Diet Types, Sizes, Manufacturer, Etc. I was also able to breakdown food ingredients.
