I am currently holding the position of a Team leader for more than a year. I was once a reporting analyst for 1 year and 4months Data analyst . Being in a BPO industry for 4 years I am capable of delivering on-time and high quality services using my knowledge, skills and abilities in every way.I have experience in creating scorecard ,extracting and running the report , calculate the metrics per team, cluster, site and etc. I can create graph and chart to see trending results, create analysis on the following issues and provide resolution. I do have advanced skills with It comes to Microsoft office application especially with Microsoft excel.
