I have a total of 9 years of work experience in Information Technology.
I started working as a computer instructor and have taught subjects like networking, pc troubleshooting and computer graphics.
I have a long background as well as technical support in a call center industry; i have worked in an ISP company and at DELL for a couple of years and my role was to provide troubleshooting to desktop and laptop machines to consumers and SMB clients.
Im knowledgeable as well on virtual desktop machines particularly on Vmware infrastructure.
I have a solid experience in tech support and at the same time have good customer service skills.
