SALES EXECUITVE
* As a Sales Executive you must know your product before going out to the market for you to be able to provide
detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process that is largely dictated by the prospective customer. As Sales Executive you are responsible for listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, maintain and develop good relationship with your customer,
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
PROCESS EXECUTIVE
* It deals with internal and external customers at all levels via telephone and email, to ensure successful communication via actively listening and probing questions. Resolves in-depth queries in a methodical manner independently and with internal and external business partners to find appropriate resolutions, efficiency and high level of quality. Refined planning and organizational skills that balance work, team support and responsibilities in a timely and professional manner and Peoplesoft and Oracle.
Experience in preparing and analyzing reporting data for management accurately and to timescales.
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
* Responsible for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes. Must be able to responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer. Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts. Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
