Profile Description

My skills range from data entry, article writing, customer service to telemarketing.
I did medical transcriptions for almost a year. I was exposed to the call center industry for 3 years. Since then, I was able to enhance my English verbal skills in the fields of customer service and telemarketing.
As a telemarketer, I had excellent sales conversion rate handling calls for outbound and inbound sales programs and exceeding goal metrics for both accounts. Moreover, I've achieved good CSAT (customer satisfaction) rate in providing long-term solutions for customers' needs.
Aside from telemarketing i'm an experienced Process Associate in one of the largest banks in the United states.
Furthermore, I am knowledgeable on basic Windows OS functions (Microsoft Office applications and basic troubleshooting) I can handle data entry tasks. I have transcribed written patient names, medical diagnosis, and addresses for medical record's purposes using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.
Lastly, I am a very hard-working person. I always make sure work is done on time or ahead of time. With my experience, I can provide full commitment to work making certain I can contribute to a potential employer's success.
