Profile Description

Writing is my passion. Back when I was young, around 10 years old, I have started to compose poems. I was 12 years old when I became a member of our school press. During my secondary education days, I have joined and won a lot of inter-school competitions for essay writing.
I can speak and write English efficiently. I have recently worked in a call center company for an American bank, which happens to be my first call center job, and after just 2 months of training, I was endorsed to become a mentor or a trainer for the new batches of agents. I believe that alone, speaks volume of my English and communication skills and how I work as an employee.
In my free time, I also do modeling. I believe this is also essential in honing my English skills since I don't just wear fancy clothes or cat-walk and do photo shoots. I also work as a brand ambassador wherein we have to communicate in English with our clients specially if we are representing an international brand.
I know how to use MS Excel and MS Word. As for the rest of the needed programs that I should be knowledgeable about, I can guarantee that I am willing to learn. I have great retention and comprehension skills and I am open to learn new things.
I am independent so I can work without high supervision and I am confident.
