I have been a Virtual Assistant for almost 3 years and have done the following tasks:
Payroll Management - made payments to employees using employer's PayPal account
Employee Management - screened applicants who applied to jobs that I posted by doing a Skype chat/call interview, hired candidates who passed the interviews, started their contract and monitored their activities using a software that tracked their hours and screen captures
Employee Time Tracking Sheets - created and maintained a spreadsheet that had their worked hours for payroll computation on a scheduled basis
