I worked in a call center for 1 year. My job was to take calls from customers, mostly from North America, who want to book flights and hotels or rent a car. We were only given 8minutes to talk, so i need to talk while i do the documentation on the computer. So I learned how to do multi-tasking and work in a fast-paced environment. I had an online job last month. I worked for a friend since she cannot do all the task. My job was to gather all the email addresses of each website of a certain company then paste them to excel. The other task that was assigned for me was to open the daily email from a certain company, then copy the information and paste it to excel. I learned a lot from these experiences but the sad thing is, my friend told me that the task has already finished, so I don't have a job now. I am hoping that I could apply these skills in your company. Thank you.
