For almost 4 years I worked at IBM Business Solution Inc as a Payroll Practitioner and Compensation and Benefits Practitioner. As a Payroll Practitioner, I am tasked to handle all end to end payroll processes, answer email queries regarding employee's salary. Aside from that I was part of a project team wherein we were tasked to transform the payroll system to a new payroll system. For Compensation and Benefits Practitioner, I am tasked to perform our clients request regarding a particular job code, update job code for them in the system. Perform all requested jobs during the compensation cycle.
I worked as Front Desk Officer at Metro Dental a dental company. Part of being a Front Desk Officer I am tasked do all kinds of reporting from daily to monthly reporting, I do all necessary requests to patients that are in need to have operation like for example for Tooth Implant Operation patients need to have blood examinations, xrays and a lot of different test needed before undergoing the dental procedure. Aside from that I also handle the flow of the patients for the day, handle complaints of the patients, billing the patients and inquiries of the walk in patients. I also worked as a Client Service Associate or as Teller at Banco De Oro Unibank. Wherein it is my job to accept all type of over the counter transactions like deposits, withdrawal, encashments and bills payment.
I want to have a stable job where in I can still use and develop my skill and learn new things that can make me a better professional. I believe that learning don't stop just because you graduated from school,learning is a two way process I want to learn from you on this journey.
