Profile Description

I started working in the BPO industry since 2003 after I graduated. I have skills in Customer Service and Technical Support and have worked with USA, Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia clientele. I started at first as a Directory Assistant Agent for over a year and the rest is history. I have been promoted many times but declined since I find it quite hard to stay in the office for more than 8 hrs. and make ends meet at home. I have expertise in delivering quality and timely Customer Service. I have worked for a lot of telecom companies and online shops but I would also accept any medical online, virtual assistance jobs since I am a graduate of B.S. Medical Technology. I resigned from work just last May 31, 2013 as my husband would not approve of me having graveyard shifts. Since being a home maker and a working mom is altogether difficult, I would prefer to work from home as I can still oversee my household and at the same time earn a living. Having a medical background but worked and succeeded in the BPO industry, I firmly believe that any person can do his best on something (even without much experience) if equipped with the proper background training and knowledge.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
