I have been in the call center industry for 4 years since 2009 and acquired skills on how to handle customers. In my second year, I was promoted to mentor for new hires so I know how to deal with people especially mentoring, teaching and developing them. I have this charisma that when I speak, everybody listens and keep them interested so that they won't loose focus. After a year, I was hired as a mission control analyst for the same company and I was now more on the management side of the business. I make reports, talk directly to the clients and make decisions on the floor so it is safe to say I am pretty much knowledgeable in microsoft word, excel and outlook as I was using it everyday. I am used to do multitasking because I was doing hourly reports on one monitor while monitoring the activities of the agents on the other. I am fast learner, good team player and always has a positive attitude. I know how to use photoshop, corel draw, after effects, sony vegas and can do some troubleshooting and little programming. I want a part-time job where I can help you build your business.
