I'm Clarence. Mostly a web developer but honestly I've done a bit of everything at this point. Built real estate sites that pull 500+ visitors daily. Ran operations for a company juggling multiple brands, handled project oversight, kept customer service reps accountable. Written blogs that rank and don't get flagged as AI because I just write like a normal person. 

Technical work, creative work, keeping chaos under control. All of it.

Sierra Interactive, WordPress, Shopify. Custom stuff too when it makes sense, HTML/CSS/JS/PHP. I've built telehealth platforms, patient intake flows, real estate sites, online stores. New builds or fixing whatever mess got left behind. Doesn't matter, I'll sort it out.

I've been the guy people come to when projects start going sideways. Worked with teams spread across different brands, built out workflows from scratch, kept customer service running smooth. Notion, Trello, Asana, whatever tool fits. I don't micromanage but stuff gets done.

*** Content & Blog Writing ***
Website copy, blogs, marketing stuff. I write how people actually talk, not that robotic tone you see everywhere now. Ranks on Google because it's genuinely useful, not just keyword stuffed. Need words on a page that don't sound fake? That's my thing.

*** Social Media Management ***
Post ideas, graphics (Canva, Figma), captions, scheduling. CapCut for video when you need clips. I keep your feed active without making it look like every other bland business account out there.

*** SEO & Analytics ***
Semrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Google Analytics. I check what's happening, why traffic's doing what it's doing, what competitors are pulling. Then I fix things based on actual data. Keywords, on-page fixes, that kind of practical work.

*** Automation & Playwright ***

If something repetitive can be automated, I automate it. Audits, content checks, scraping structured data, QA testing, workflow validation. Playwright for browser automation and testing, especially for real estate platforms and dynamic sites. Saves time, reduces human error, and keeps things consistent.
