Profile Description

Hello, my name is Louigie Mendoza, and I graduated from University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. I am a motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented individual who is eager to continuously learn and grow professionally. Although I do not have experience in the BPO industry yet, I am confident in my ability to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and work effectively in a professional environment.

During my studies, I completed my On-the-Job Trainings at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), and the National Police Training Institute. These experiences helped me develop discipline, teamwork, communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.

Currently, I am also taking training in Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Basic Graphic Design, Email Marketing, and Administrative Tasks to improve my technical and digital skills. In addition, I successfully passed the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) Examination last December 2025, which became one of my proud achievements and strengthened my determination to pursue my career goals.

I believe that my dedication, willingness to learn, and positive attitude will allow me to contribute effectively and become a valuable member of any organization.
