I have 18 years of extensive working experience, primarily in the BPO industry. I started my career as a web developer, client services specialist, campaign manager, live issue support, and have worked my way up to managing customer support and technical support teams. I recently worked as an individual contributor doing freelance and contract work in a remote environment (work from home). I was last part of a product innovations team of a start up creative solutions company for digital ads.
