Profile Description

I have 8 years of work experience since I graduated from college in 2003. The first five years was devoted to teaching and the rest to the Call Center Industry. In the teaching field, I've developed skills both in effectively handling classroom classes and individual tutorials. This same job sharpened my skill in proofreading when I got the chance to teach English subjects to high school students in an International School. As I stepped out of my comfort zone after five years and joined the BPO industry, I've got Customer Service & Technical Support Skills added to my list. I can handle inbound and outbound phone calls to provide exceptional customer service either to address queries or assist with online troubleshooting for internet connection issues. As a seasoned employee, I am confident that I can be a loyal asset to the company I will be working for.
