I have been with a BPO Industry for almost 7 years now. In that 6 years tenureship, I have been into a Business to Business Account. I have dealt with Business Information Reports and update them into unbiased profile which is being referenced by companies who's looking for potential business partners. I have communicating with management of the companies who are sending updates on their own company's profile. I have food oral and verbal skills and have been familiar with MS Word, Excel and other office tools. I also have good analytical skills.I was certified as an investigator in detecting fraudsters attempting to misrepresent their company in our database.
