In capacity as a virtual customer service representative, I was responsible for providing technical assistance and account management to customers of major wireless carrier in an unsupervised capacity after extensive training.
• Additional responsibilities included reviewing customer accounts for
accuracy and correcting any inaccuracies, explaining company policies to
customers, and providing credits to customer accounts when warranted.
• Managed the schedules of subordinate employees and monitored their
work schedules to ensure compliance with company contract, policies,
and customs.
• Developed management skills, customer service skills, account
management skills, contract compliance skills, technical support skills,
accounting skills, and received extensive training on how to develop and
utilize effective customer service communication and relations.
