Profile Description

I have been an I.T Administrator of Calcent Link Solutions a small call center in Cotabato City Philippines since 2011, i have experienced going through so much technical problems which involves network, security, crm management, voip, software and hardware and some personnel management.
As an I.T Administrator i have to educate my self in all fields of the I.T sector to cope and provide the needs of the company as well as the needs of my team, this has been frustrating but i have managed to come up with ways to resolve such problems. i definitely am a team player and can work more than the usual amount of time given for normal employee.
As of now, i am currently on research and development of a so called system that they call multiseat platform which is under the Linux system and Multipoint Server which is under the Windows system, these is a system which enables multiple users to work simultaneously in 1 desktop computer or 1 laptop/netbook, these research can help small, medium and large companies to lessen their expenses for I.T maintenance.
