Profile Description

Since 2002 I've done both customer service and telemarketing(outbound/inbound) with a solid experience of more than 6 years and another 6 plus years of back office management (benefits administration, human resource practitioner, quality assurance).
My customer service stint involves inbound sales on direct tv, medical drug supplement, home appliances, adult products, personal apparel, collector items and other merchandise that are all US products.Telemarketing stint involves cold calling on VOIP subscription and the longest was for a credit card acquisition campaign for Capital One.
I do have experience in benefits administration that handles HR Processes which part of my job is to create process documentation, create report presentation for operations supported ensuring full compliance with client’s goal and expectation requirements.
I also have a quality assurance background which part of my job is to analyze procedures, make recommendations for improvement by creating quality assurance audit checklist and provide control checkpoint with operational supported.
Currently I am working home based job as an appointment setter and a lead generations specialist both on real estate jobs.
