I am basically a nurse by profession, thus a health care provider. Apart from hospital experience, I have no other long-term working experience, especially of clerical jobs. However, I love doing encoding jobs (in group thesis/research projects back in college, etc.) and although I'm not an MS Word expert I can tell that I am pretty good at it. When I used to work as a contact center (offshore) agent for a huge U.S.-based telecommunications company, it also required my multitasking and encoding skills.
I am very determined to acquire an online job to learn more things and also to help companies build their business with me.
