Since I'm in the BPO world, the number one thing that is very important for us front liners is to have a very passionate service to the customers which what we called "customer service".
As we all know, having this skill will have a lot of advantage. So thats one of the skill that I can be proud of. Next is I have a technical skill where I learned when I was in college, and it is being improve in times, specially when Im supporting a program related to technology and innovations. I can always be a team player and I know how to handle pressure even without any supervision.
