I used to work in a call center for AT&T U-verse for 2 years. My responsibilities include customer support, sales, billing, and retention. After that, I worked online where I started as an article writer. I have a lot of articles written and published in blogs and other article directories, most of them are about health, fitness, land surveying, travel destinations, food reviews. I worked my way up and learned SEO and managing wordpress sites. I was able to topped most, if not all, of the major keywords that my sites targeted. Since all of my previous employer's sites are powered by wordpress, I learned how to create a worpress site from scratch: from Cpanel to publishing it online. I know how to use FTP as well.
I was eventually promoted as project manager where I handled 15 people (article writers, web programmers, graphic artists, SEO specialists).
