I have worked in a call center that enhanced my written and spoken english. I have learned how to talk, type and troubleshoot cisco devices all at the same time while have someone on the other line. I also did use of Microsoft office for admin tasks.
Since I resigned in the call center, I started my first online job as an article writer for 3 years. I did not only write articles but also post them on blog sites like Wordpress, Tumblr, Blog and many more known blog sites.
After writing articles, I then worked as a Virtual Assistant for 3 years assisting in the ebay buy and sell.
I am also ready to learn new things that would be relevant for this job offer.
