Throughout my professional journey, I have learned to become very proficient in microsoft office applications (word, excel, powerpoint, pubisher, outlook), Administrative skills (Writing Business Letters, Proposals, Office Form Templates, Transcribing, email management, etc), Know how in different Accounting and Payroll softwares (MYOB, JAIX and XERO, also, a working knowledge in Quickbooks), I would like to highlight my extensive experience with Customer Service accounts where I have acquired the relevant communication skills using the English language that is indispensable to become successful in the online industry.
