Profile Description

I just resigned from a government office that I am working for 3 years and looking for new opportunities in online jobs. I wanted to use my skills and help businesses focus on their core business goals and grow their business and profit.
I can be the BEST and ROCKSTAR Virtual Assistant that you are looking for. For a year now, I have spent my time learning different skills like managing emails and calendars which I know would be a great help to make any business person's life easier and more organized.
I am comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Richpanel, Gorgias, Zendesk and other CRM related applications. I used to work part time online jobs that requires me to manage Shopify stores which have women's accessories as the main product. With this job, it requires me to look for new products that can be added to the store and also for new suppliers for our existing products online. I also fulfill and process orders through AliExpress and Amazon. Apart from that, I answer to customer's inquiries as well.
During my college days, another online job I had is to manage Social Media accounts wherein I have to create post content and answer to DMs and comments. 
For over a year, I worked as a part time Illustration quality analyst wherein we review that all details requested by the customer are incorporated to the illustration. 
Data entry and research is something I know that I can be very efficient with. And I like learning about new things all the time.
