Used to work as a call center agent in the BPO Industry year ---------- handling customer's Directv billing concerns, payments, troubleshooting, and simple technical problems.

Also worked for more than 4 years from ---------- as a part-time Virtual Assistant to a Mortgage Loan Officer in Texas performing various administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling meetings and setting up appointments, handling emails, and making follow-ups by text, email, and calls with a 24-hour expectation. Also updating and organizing database of clients, handling social media accounts, and other tasks as required. 

I am self-directed and highly trainable with the desire to succeed in anything that I do and I am someone who takes responsibility for my actions when things go wrong and I do not look for outside forces to blame, rather I am someone who looks at what I can improve.

I am available for both short-term and long-term projects. My goal is to create a relationship with each client by providing outstanding work.
