I am currently working as a Reporting Analyst, responsible for creating/posting reports (Daily, weekly and monthly KPI decks) for several clients within the company for various site locations, in and out of the Philippines.
Prior to getting hired for this post, I was part of the Training and Quality Department for 2-years in another company as a Senior Quality Analyst (SQA) for a year and have handled the training and evaluation of 13-Quality Analysts (QA) in multiple sites. The post offered me experience in peer coaching and people development. Also, over the course of my stay, I was assigned to handle the operations and training of the QA team in one of the new sites.
This gave me an opportunity to be directly involved in the setup of the Operations department, interacting day-on-day with the Business Directors, Operations Manager, Training Manager, Team Leads, and SMEs.
