Profile Description

While employed in BPO Industry, my ability to handle complicated issues were constantly tested. I started as Technical Support Representative who assists customer with their phone and internet connections, with this job I was able to develop my communications skills so that the customer can easily understand simple instructions being given. After being in the technical team I got the chance to work as Customer Service Agent and later transferred to Escalations Dept. where you got to deal with dissatisfied and unhappy customers,but with proper training and commitment I was able to resolve their issues.
In addition to this, I used to work as desktop artist in one of the local publishing house in Bacolod City for nearly 2 years.
I will make sure that this first home- based online job is as enjoyable as possible.
