Profile Description

I have been an experienced Customer Service Representative for over three years. Then shift as a Technical Support Representative for a year. I have been handling a telecommunications account, addressing customer concerns regarding their billing, their account. And sometimes helping them troubleshoot their internet connectivity. Before I settled for home-based online jobs, I was a Background Investigator for a US based account. That made me proficient and knowledgeable enough when it comes to internet research, email handling, outbound calling, settling appointments, meeting deadlines.
As far as my home-based job career is concerned, I had been working as a Live chat Sales Operator for one of Australian website. And a Personal Assistant who is in charge of all the emails, and working as a Live chat customer service for his online webstore. On top of that, I also accept jobs like Data Entry, web research and email marketing. Data entry includes entering items on Amazon Seller central.
