Making sure everyone in the team is well-equipped as much as possible to ensure productivity. From Designing and Developing from Scratch, Redesigning or Updating existing Websites based on the proposed goals. I would want a job where I can devote all of my skills, knowledge, experience and especially invest all my "TIME" and "FOCUS" and continue to learn new things and hopefully grow together.
