Having worked at various positions in the airline industry for 20 years contributed to the development of my skills in customer service, oral and written communications, organization and analysis.
I had been exposed to such functions as customer support, procedure-writing and database maintenance including systems testing and update.
In addition, I had also been assigned to different kinds of reservations-related company projects.
Of the different functions that had been assigned to me, I enjoyed writing the most limited as it were to memos, advisories and procedures.
All these require a person to be flexible, a quick learner, detail-oriented, highly-analytical and to have excellent communication skills.
With several tasks and projects assigned to me, I learned to organize myself thus effectively handling my assignments and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
