I'm April Luna Tabaranza, I'm 23 years old, I graduated as a Computer Science student at Saint Mary's College.
I've worked as a Technical Support Representative for linksys and cisco devices for 6 months at Concentrix ,selling and troubleshooting their gadgets is what we usually do, we cater North America,hence, I can guarantee the good customer handling that I learned from my previous job. I've enjoyed working
in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. Dealing and helping people through phone or chat connection is what I like the most. Multitasking job,
and willingness to learn is my service. I've already experienced working night shift, so there's no problem with me working in day or night. My good communication skills and
